O seminário tem como objetivo alinhar procedimentos, revisar regras e aprimorar a atuação dos árbitros, garantindo um alto nível de excelência nas competições oficiais. Uma oportunidade essencial para árbitros experientes e novos candidatos aperfeiçoarem seus conhecimentos e fortalecerem a arbitragem no estado.
